Vaccine Shipments

To reduce exposure to excessive heat or cold:

• Order on Monday or Tuesday
• Use overnight or priority mail delivery

 
Vaccines shipped by any other method cannot be returned. Vaccine orders placed Thursday through Sunday and shipping "ground" will ship Monday.

Upon arrival, place vaccines in a refrigerator. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight or freezing conditions. Vaccines ship in insulated styrofoam coolers with ice packs. If you should receive product that has exceeded the package directed temperature range, please do not use or administer the product and contact CSR Company immediately to resolve the product issue.

Syringe Shipments

Prescription required for syringe orders shipping to: California, Connecticut, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York and U.S. Virgin Islands.
